We're seeking a motivated Remote Hotel Booking Coordinator to join our team. In this client-focused role, you'll assist travelers in finding the right hotels and resorts, managing reservations, and providing expert recommendations tailored to their preferences and budgets. This is a remote position, offering flexibility to work from home while connecting with travelers and hospitality partners across various time zones.
Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel plans, accommodation needs, and budgets.

Recommend hotel and resort options that match client expectations and create detailed booking proposals.

Manage hotel reservations, confirmations, and any adjustments or special requests.

Build strong relationships with hospitality partners to secure favorable arrangements for clients.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions in our systems.

Stay current on destination trends, hotel amenities, and seasonal packages to assist clients better.

Provide responsive, professional support throughout the booking process to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
