Job Title: Remote Store Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, campaigns, and events that captivate customers.
- Create and distribute digital content including emails, social media posts, and online ads.
- Manage design and placement of signage, promotional materials, and displays.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing tactics.
- Analyze marketing performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Build customer relationships through personalized and targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams to align goals and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail marketing, brand promotion, or digital strategy.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing methods.
Excellent communication skills and creative mindset.
Proficient in social media, design platforms, and analytics tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
