Our Products

We design, manufacture, and sell scientifically advanced medical devices. Our solutions, Morpholens & Hemolensen, able fully digital diagnostics workflows for cancer biopsies and blood-related disorders across all geographies.

Our latest product, Robotome, the worlds first high-throughput Robotic Microtome, automates the biggest unsolved need in processing cancer biopsies. This cutting-edge robotic system ensures precision, efficiency, and reliability in sample processing, making it a game-changer for pathologists, medical institutions, and cancer research centers.

Our products represent unique inventions across physics, robotics, computer vision, and software workflows, specifically designed for doctors, labs, and hospitals worldwide. In a nutshell, we are building a robotics-enabled digital diagnostics platform to revolutionize pathology and cancer diagnostics

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will be part of the core operations team supporting the design, assembly, and continuous improvement of our medical devices. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and product managers to streamline manufacturing processes and ensure product reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in assembly, testing, and calibration of Morphles medical devices.
  • Support the design and execution of process improvement initiatives in the manufacturing workflow.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and assembly documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Production) to resolve production issues and reduce defects.
  • Assist in developing jigs, fixtures, and custom tools to improve assembly efficiency and ergonomics.
  • Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for any product failures or quality issues.
  • Participate in first-batch builds and pilot production runs of new products.

Who We're Looking For

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, mechanical assembly, and basic electronics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, lab equipment, or prior internships in hardware/R&D setups is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and documentation tools.
  • A process-oriented, detail-driven mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
