Activities:

Maintenance in Operational Condition level 2;
Manage the Lifecycle of Changes/Incidents/Problems;
Analyze and deliver resolution of incidents;
Perform the deployment of the new versions in the client's sites around the world;
Create the necessary documentation (tickets/change requests/ etc.) for upgrade campaigns;
Schedule of the global upgrade campaign regarding the security and local requirements and limitations;
Maintain the active communication with the responsible teams: application team. monitoring team, infrastructure team and local teams in the plants.

Skills:

Knowledge of ACRONIS is a plus;
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Linux (Red hat, CentOS) and VmWare ESX (6.5 and newer);
Knowledge of Tanium, ServiceNow, JIRA;
Basic understanding of Network Concept;
Knowledge of NAS (Synology, QNAP);
Basic understanding of RUN, CHANGE;
Capacity to work in a multicultural environment.
