Overview of the Role:
Join our client's dynamic construction team as a Construction Supervisor, where you'll serve as the critical field liaison ensuring project success through safety excellence, quality oversight, and environmental compliance. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact energy infrastructure projects while developing strong relationships with construction crews and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive field oversight for safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Track daily production and progress (80% field time, 20% administrative)
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with construction crews and contractors
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules
• Conduct preconstruction planning including safety plan reviews and permit compliance
• Prepare accurate reports for management and maintain detailed project documentation
• Coordinate with environmental, safety, and technical teams as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven construction supervision experience in energy/infrastructure projects
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance (SWPPP)
• Proficiency in project tracking and reporting systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in field environments
