About the role
As a Production Process Engineer (Trainee), you’ll enter a one-year development program designed to turn you into an expert in analyzing, improving, and supporting key production processes within our factory.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding workflows, solving technical issues, contributing to quality control, and driving process improvements. You’ll work closely with both production and quality teams and gradually take on more responsibility.

Your responsibilities

• Learn and analyze our full production flow
• Identify and help resolve technical issues on production lines
• Support quality checks through measurements and inspections
• Contribute to process improvements under guidance of experienced engineers
• Perform product calculations and analyze performance data
• Monitor shop floor activities and flag improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports and internal presentations

What you bring:

• A completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering)
• Experience with MS Office, experience with production monitoring software is a pre.
• Recently graduated or up to 3 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and a practical mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a technical expert role
• Fluency in Slovak and English - both of them are must
