About the position
Recruitment Services | Kariera Group, on behalf of our client VORTEX SOFTWARE, a specialized software house with over 16 years of experience in facility & maintenance management and field service management, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager – ERP Solutions to join their team in Athens (Metamorfosi).
This is a full-time, hybrid position offering the opportunity to lead ERP implementation projects while managing a team of consultants and collaborating directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of ERP Consultants to ensure effective project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects (from kickoff to delivery), ensuring alignment with scope, deadlines, and quality.
- Monitor KPIs and project progress, reporting directly to the CTO.
- Identify potential risks and proactively address any issues that may affect project delivery.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks and manage internal workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices across project management and ERP implementation.
- Support client onboarding and continuously improve internal project processes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in ERP or software implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems (implementation, configuration, or support).
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of MS SQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or other recognized Project Management certifications.
- Certifications or formal training in ERP/CRM platforms.
