Sales Manager

About the position

Our Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Coffee Industry to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop target accounts.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships through effective communication and account management.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the attainment of sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
