Your Role:
As an Account Development Representative, you’ll be a pivotal force behind the Amplify Program — a high-impact, strategic initiative designed to fast-track digital marketing transformation for select high-potential enterprise customers.
This role is a unique blend of strategy, consulting, digital marketing expertise, and stakeholder leadership, offering you a chance to build C-level relationships, influence business decisions, and lead transformative journeys from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Program Leadership & Execution
Own and evolve the Amplify Program for key strategic customers
Define goals and KPIs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Executive Stakeholder Management
Lead C-level workshops, briefings, and advisory sessions
Craft tailored transformation strategies and build trusted relationships with top decision-makers
Business Value & ROI Focus
Create compelling business cases emphasizing ROI and operational efficiency
Identify and communicate value opportunities to drive investment decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Orchestrate diverse teams across Sales, Services, and Partners on a global scale
Align stakeholders internally and externally to drive outcomes
Project Management & Delivery
Manage complex transformation programs using agile and traditional methods
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to senior leadership on delivery and performance
Innovation & Insights
Stay on the pulse of digital trends and inject innovation into customer strategies
Contribute to the evolution of the Amplify Program and its long-term success
What You Bring:
A degree in Business, IT, Digitalization, or a related field
Several years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or enterprise customer strategy
Proven ability to lead complex, international projects
A strong understanding of business models, digital marketing, and MarTech ecosystems
Experience working directly with C-level executives and driving stakeholder alignment
Analytical mindset paired with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Deep industry knowledge and an ability to craft tailored value propositions
Proactive, self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
