What youll do:

Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email

Manage and follow up on cases to ensure timely and effective resolution

Deliver outstanding customer service on behalf of a major brand

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships, showing empathy and commitment

Work toward performance goals aligned with client expectations and internal standards
