Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid β 2 days in office)

Compensation: Base salary + relocation package + yearly bonus
πΌ Responsibilities:
π§ Build and optimise advertising campaigns for top-tier B2B clients
π Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
π Analyze campaign and account-level data for performance improvements
π Generate reports to support optimisation strategies
π― Align digital solutions with client goals across Search, Mobile & Video
π Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue
π§ Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results
π― Requirements:
βοΈ Native/fluent in German (C2), fluent in English (B2+)
βοΈ 1β2 years of digital marketing experience
βοΈ Solid understanding of online advertising (AdWords, GSN, etc.)
βοΈ Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
βοΈ Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
βοΈ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
βοΈ Passionate about marketing trends and tech innovation
βοΈ Self-starter, collaborative, and quality-driven
