๐ผ Responsibilities:
๐ Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
๐ ๏ธ Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
โฑ๏ธ Resolve inquiries efficiently within set timelines
๐ Escalate complex cases when needed to other departments
๐ Document actions and categorize bugs or technical issues
๐ค Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction
๐งพ Maintain and update relevant administrative forms
๐ฏ Requirements:
โ๏ธ Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) and fluent in English (B2+)
โ๏ธ Strong written and verbal communication skills
โ๏ธ Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
โ๏ธ Resilient, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
โ๏ธ Team player who can also work independently
โ๏ธ No previous contact center experience required
