DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a mature, highly organized Office Manager and Account Lead to join their Brașov team. This hybrid role combines office management, administrative operations, HR support, and client account handling. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsible, and a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with both team members and clients in English.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Operations

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs

• Ensure a positive and welcoming environment that supports team productivity and well-being

Administrative & HR Support

• Handle confidential HR and financial matters with discretion

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee well-being initiatives

• Oversee health & safety policies and maintain proper documentation

• Support bank reconciliations and organize accounting documentation

Client Account & Project Management (75% Account Management / 25% Project Management)

• Build strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and events

• Independently manage ±20 client projects per year

• Lead new business calls and project briefings

• Ensure seamless communication between clients and creative teams

• Use tech tools like Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack for project coordination


REQUIREMENTS

• Over 3 years of relevant experience (ideally 5+ years)

• Fluent English speaker (90% proficiency or above)

• Experience in management or leadership role

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural charm in client interactions

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

• Adaptability, patience, and a fast learner

• Technical proficiency with office tools (Google Drive, ClickUp, Slack)

• Growth mindset and leadership skills

• Based in Brașov.
