About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a growing firm to hire a dedicated Senior Client Service Associate someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting high-value client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal advisory teams while being a trusted, first-line point of contact for clients. Success in this position requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine client-first mindset.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inbound client inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues or directing requests to the appropriate team
  • Collaborate with financial planners and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of client needs
  • Follow up on action items from client meetings and ensure timely updates are documented in CRM systems
  • Track all client interactions using platforms like Smartsheet
  • Proactively support client relationships by delivering consistent, high-touch service
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation collection, portal setup, and welcome communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of service requests and regulatory requirements (e.g., RMDs)
  • Coordinate with the Tax team for calculations and follow-through
  • Use various communication methods to maintain strong, ongoing client engagement
  • Prepare customized client reports and meeting materials
  • Keep contact management systems updated with accurate client data
  • Assist in organizing team marketing events and maintaining marketing collateral
  • Provide guidance to junior client associates and contribute to team training efforts

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in client service or client associate roles
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard business tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and thrives in a team-focused environment
