About the Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Account Manager (L4) to join our client, Amazon/Souq.com, at their Cairo Corporate Office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of e-commerce operations, providing advanced technical and operational support across financial and account-related activities on a high-volume marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex account-related issues and manage escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Handle detailed merchant and customer account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Analyze transaction patterns to detect risks, anomalies, or unusual activity in the marketplace.
• Provide expert guidance on internal marketplace financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to address and resolve cross-functional operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with e-commerce or marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
• Experience in customer or merchant support functions in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP
  • Macros
