Role Overview

Were looking for a skilled and strategic German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to collaborate with high-value business clients in the Google Ads ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting prominent companies, especially in sectors like retail and travel, helping them achieve exceptional results through customized marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with large-scale clients to optimize and evolve their Google Ads strategies.

  • Deliver consultative, in-depth support tailored to each clients unique business goals.

  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations that boost campaign performance.

  • Foster strong, long-term relationships built on trust, expertise, and value creation.

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are progressing and maximizing their advertising potential.

  • Align marketing efforts with client objectives to create measurable impact and growth.

  • Offer expert guidance on advanced marketing concepts and features within Google Ads.

What Were Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Native-level German (C2) and fluent English skills (spoken and written).

  • 12 years of experience in sales or digital advertising.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, especially within high-revenue industries like retail or travel.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to consult on complex marketing needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to nurture long-term client relationships focused on performance and results.
