About the position

Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a driven Sales Representative with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing event sales by connecting organizations with tailored event solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound efforts and networking.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Identify new markets for event services and conduct market research.
  • Build lasting client relationships and understand unique needs.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless event execution.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and provide regular reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales within events or hospitality.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
