Customer Support Agent

About the position

Position: Customer Support Agent (Spanish)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: fixed term (6 months)

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
  • Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal procedures as directed by the client.
  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer interactions, maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and share best practices.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native / fluent in Spanish (C2) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (C1 level)
    • Minimum of a High School diploma.
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, with a strong customer-centric approach.
    • Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit.
    • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking abilities.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
    • Proficiency with automated customer support tools and platforms (preferred).
    • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
    • Friendly, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
    • Experience across various industries such as retail, banking, or general customer support is beneficial.
    • Comfortable working in rotating shifts and full-time on-site schedules.
    • Adaptable and flexible to changing procedures, technologies, and customer expectations.

      • Gross €870 EUR base +7.63/ day € meals + plus complexity bonus paid in 11 month €80 EUR
      • 28 April
      • Airfare up to €400 reimbursed at the end of 6 months employment, Relocation coming from abroad: room in shared apartment for max 12 months - rent of €280, utitlies and bills included. discounted directly from payslip. Relocation wtihin PT: no accomodation provided unless candidate currently living in accomodation provided by competitor.
      • 6 month contract. Working schedule: Monday-Sunday 24/7 rotating, 2 days off
