Construction (Electrical) Supervisor
Location: Solar Construction Sites (Roadrunner, Texas, and Century Oaks, Michigan)
Duration: 12 Months

Overview of the Role

Lead electrical installation and quality control for cutting-edge solar energy projects with a premier renewable energy leader. As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of America's clean energy transition, ensuring high-quality electrical systems for utility-scale solar installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical installations according to project drawings and specifications

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and operations teams

  • Inspect equipment installations to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards

  • Manage and document quality control processes using Unifier platform

  • Facilitate RFI process with site engineering teams

  • Support commissioning, testing, and project turnover activities

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

  • Report on daily, weekly, and monthly progress, quality control, and safety metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in electrical supervision for solar or power generation projects

  • Strong understanding of electrical drawings, contract documents, and quality documentation

  • Knowledge of SCADA systems and fiber optics

  • Experience with electrical testing methods (TTR, VLF, ODTR, Fall of Potential, VOC's)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Safety-focused mindset and approach

  • Proficiency with project management software and documentation systems
