Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to ensure all students develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and can apply them effectively.
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance learning and student engagement.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Design and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback that helps students develop their mathematical skills and confidence.
• Curriculum Development:
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Maths curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the school's vision, national requirements, and the latest advancements in Maths education.
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in Maths pedagogy, implementing innovative approaches to enhance student learning.
• Supporting Student Development:
