Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
🔹 Provide one-on-one and small group support, helping children overcome learning challenges.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
🔹 Support students with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs, ensuring they remain engaged and confident.
🔹 Help foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
🔹 Work closely with teachers, parents, and SENCOs to implement effective learning strategies.
🔹 Encourage children’s academic, social, and emotional growth through tailored support.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A passionate and patient individual with a desire to support young learners.
✅ Some experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or childcare (desirable but not essential).
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents.
✅ A proactive and adaptable approach to learning support.
✅ An interest in SEN, early years education, or primary teaching.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
