Your Role as a KS1 Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons for KS1 pupils.
- Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and valued.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback.
- Encourage children to develop early literacy and numeracy skills through engaging activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
