Position: Bilingual Norwegian Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $58–$62/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write expert-level prompts in Norwegian across sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document reasoning behind judgments. Evaluate and strengthen model handling of sensitive topics in Norwegian . Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model safety . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian . Business-level written English . A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. Strong written reasoning and attention to detail. Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred Based in Norway . Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
