Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport , is looking for Software Developer for Test and Simulation Framework Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany. 📍 Locations : Manching, and other sites across Germany Why join us? 💰 Competitive salary : 50,000 – 65,000 € 🏠 Support in finding accommodation and German language training . 📄 Full relocation assistance, administrative support 📦 The company covers the cost of your German tax return during the first year 📌 Permanent German contract + long‑term projects ⚙️ Team-building activities and regular technical follow‑ups 🌍 Multicultural, inclusive, and innovative environment What you will do: Design and develop software for our test and simulation framework (TSF) in ADA and C++ Development of Avionic Simulations for our desktop virtual rig environment (MaTE DTVR) Design and Development of automated developer tests (unit / module tests) as well as execution of code reviews Contribute actively to virtual engineering (mixed environment of simulations and real Hardware) 2nd Level rig support for the test and simulation framework (DTVR) Customer support in application development and system testing Support Software teams concerning concepts and technologies What we’re looking for: Degree in E lectronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial , or similar. Relevant hands-on experience in embedded software in C/C++ C1 English Level – mandatory. German C1 (will be a plus) Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country. ✈ Ready to take off?
