Customer Service Representative – Italian & English (Airline Support)

About the Role We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle customer enquiries, provide clear information and help resolve service-related questions in Italian and English. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries in Italian and English. Provide accurate information and guidance in line with service procedures. Investigate customer requests and help resolve issues efficiently. Record relevant details and maintain clear customer-service documentation. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach. Fluent Italian and proficient English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-service experience is an advantage. Ability to understand procedures, manage enquiries and remain professional under pressure. Good problem-solving and organisational skills. Requirements Languages Italian / English Salary €1,050–€1,150 gross/month (paid over 14 months; source salary: €1,100) Location & Work Arrangement On-site, Lisbon, Portugal Working Schedule Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Portugal time); weekends off. Relocation Relocation support provided. Benefits €7.63 net meal allowance per working day; €175 performance bonus and €75 attendance bonus (as stated in the offer).
