German-speaking Travel Advisor

Join the customer service team of a leading international travel and holiday company, helping customers manage their holiday bookings and travel arrangements. In this role, you will support German- and English-speaking customers with holiday bookings, travel-related enquiries and booking changes, delivering a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities Assist international customers via phone, webchat and email. Handle holiday bookings, rebookings and cancellations. Update customer information and maintain accurate booking records. Resolve customer enquiries and proactively address issues. Take ownership of the customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity and service quality. Communicate professionally and confidently in both German and English. Requirements German and English at C1–C2 level. At least 12 months of international call-centre experience or experience in airline reservations or a travel agency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Grade 12 / Matric qualification. Clear criminal and credit records. Location: Cape Town, South Africa Work model: On-site Schedule: 8-hour rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday. Remuneration: R25,000 gross per month. Perks and benefits Night-shift allowance applicable to hours worked after 19:00. Subsidised transport: one-way transport provided, with an employee contribution of R315. Medical Aid (employee only) OR Medical Insurance (employee + 2 dependants). Pension scheme with a 2.5% company contribution and a 2.5% employee contribution.
