Spanish/Catalan & English B2B Customer Support Agent – Lisbon, Portugal We are hiring multilingual professionals for an on-site B2B customer support opportunity in Lisbon, Portugal. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Languages: Fluent English + Spanish or Catalan Base salary: €930 gross/month Complexity bonus: €65 Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day Your responsibilities: Provide B2B customer support through phone, email and chat. Assist business clients with platform-related questions and technical or operational issues. Verify customer and account information. Identify problems and provide accurate solutions. Maintain high customer service standards while following internal procedures. Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish or Catalan. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in digital marketing or paid campaign management. Previous contact-centre or customer service experience, preferably in an advertising technology environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts. A Marketing-related degree is an advantage. Working schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday. 24/7 coverage, including night shifts. Two rotating days off. Please note: This is an on-site opportunity in Lisbon.
