Shared Services Manager

The Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Finance, HR, and Administrative Support services for assigned client accounts. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, maintains high service standards, strengthens client relationships, and drives continuous process improvement across shared services functions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of Finance, HR, and Administrative Support services for assigned clients. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal shared services teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives, and service requirements to ensure operational alignment. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service. Monitor productivity, quality, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field. At least 5–7 years of experience in Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Operations Management, or Client Services. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams supporting Finance, HR, and Administrative operations. Strong understanding of shared services operations, service delivery, SLA management, and process improvement. Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality service.
