Senior Sales Executive (Project)

Job Summary: Responsible for sales and marketing of building materials for construction projects, developing new customers and project opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Requires at least 4 years of relevant sales experience, knowledge of building materials, and a valid driving license. Main Responsibilities: Manage sales and marketing activities for building materials and products for building and construction projects. Identify new customers and potential construction projects to expand business opportunities. Regularly visit existing and potential customers to build and maintain strong relationships. Support and guide junior sales staff to achieve sales objectives. Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service and support. Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and pricing. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Economics, English, or an equivalent field. Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing for building and construction projects or a related field. Good knowledge of building materials or products for construction projects is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good leadership and communication skills. Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive a car.
