Finance & Cost Accounting Manager (Restaurant Group) Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role Join a growing restaurant group as a Finance & Cost Accounting Manager , where you'll oversee financial costing, inventory management, margin analysis, and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities Lead cost accounting and inventory reporting. Perform profitability and margin analysis. Monitor food cost performance. Develop cost-saving initiatives. Support budgeting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial controls. Collaborate with Operations and Procurement. Review standard costing methodologies. Improve reporting processes. Manage the finance team. Qualifications CPA required. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. 8+ years accounting experience. Restaurant, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing experience. Strong leadership and business partnering skills.
