IT Solution Associate Software Developer - (Closing date 20-October 2026)

Position Name: IT Solution Associate Software Developer Contract Duration: 01 year (extendable) Number of Positions: 01 position Job Location: Islamabad Job Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET/.NET Core, SQL Server, REST APIs, Angular/Blazor, Razor and cloud platforms. The candidate should be comfortable working on modern and legacy applications, developing scalable solutions, optimizing database performance, and supporting production systems and deployments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using C#,VB.NET, .NET, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core . Develop and integrate secure, scalable REST APIs using Entity Framework, EF Core, LINQ , Dapper and standard design patterns. Build web interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, Razor, Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . Maintain and enhance legacy applications using c# & VB.NET, WinForms, and WebForms . Write complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, views, CTEs, joins, and transactions. Perform SQL query and database performance tuning , including indexing, execution plans, stored procedure optimization, and troubleshooting. Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and claims . Develop, test, document, and troubleshoot APIs using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI , or similar tools. Work with Kafka for messaging, event-driven processing, and system integrations. Deploy and support applications on Azure and AWS and work with CI/CD pipelines. Use Git for source control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, and releases. Write unit/integration tests and support automated testing. Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, Mobile Developers, QA, DevOps, Database, and UI/UX teams throughout development and release cycles. Required Qualification & Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience . Strong expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core . Experience in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.). Strong knowledge of Entity Framework/EF Core and LINQ . Strong SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, cursors, indexing, and performance tuning. Strong experience developing and testing REST APIs . Experience with Angular and/or Blazor , with knowledge of Razor, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience maintaining VB.NET, WinForms, and WebForms applications. Experience with OAuth, JWT, API security, and authorization . Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms . Experience with Azure and/or AWS . Strong Git/version-control experience. Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, unit testing, debugging, and Agile/Scrum . Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Must have strong skills in technical documentation. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure application reliability. Preferred / Good to Have Microservices and distributed systems. Clean Architecture, SOLID, Design Patterns. Docker/containerization. xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq. Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions/Jenkins. API Management and cloud monitoring. Experience modernizing legacy .NET applications.
