Inside Sales Representative – Portuguese (Athens, Greece)

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Athens, Greece and is hiring for the role of Inside Sales Representative. You will support business customers of a global technology hardware brand, from first contact to closed deal. As a Portuguese-speaking Inside Sales Representative you will grow revenue with existing and new business customers. What you will do Achieve revenue targets by selling products, services and renewals to business customers Handle a high volume of customer contacts by phone and email — most communication is outbound Understand customers' business and IT needs and propose suitable solutions Guide customers through onboarding after purchase and promote adoption Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM What we are looking for Native or near-native Portuguese (C2) and fluent English (C1+), spoken and written Proven sales experience with clear target achievement Strong communication, negotiation and CRM/tool skills What we offer Salary: €1,100 gross per month (paid in 14 salaries per year) Welcome bonus: €100 gross per month for the first 6 months Performance bonus: €750 gross per quarter Project bonus: €200 gross per month Private life and health insurance including dental and eye care (from the 3rd month; from day 1 for relocating candidates) Free access to the corporate gym Fixed working hours of your choice for mothers of children up to 2 years old Daily net Mastercard allowance: €3 per working day in the first 12 months (€6 after 12 months), for office and hybrid work Relocation support Flight ticket reimbursement (up to €300) and airport transfer (up to €50) 4 weeks of paid accommodation Help finding permanent accommodation €100 relocation cash bonus (meal-voucher card) after the first month Administrative support Location, hours & start Location: Athens, Greece — hybrid Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 Start: As soon as possible How to apply Apply with your CV through this listing.
