About the position

Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join a healthcare team in Los Alamos, New Mexico . In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence following injury, illness, or surgery. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans and support patients throughout their recovery process. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $91,000 to $118,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for early-career therapists to grow their clinical skills in a supportive environment. Required Qualifications Active New Mexico Physical Therapist (PT) license. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctor of Physical Therapy [DPT] or equivalent). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and patient care skills.
