Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

About the position

Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient rehabilitation team in Sierra Vista, Arizona . In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, helping them restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall functional independence. You will work closely with patients and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized treatment plans and support long-term recovery and wellness. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to build strong patient relationships in an outpatient setting. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program . Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings .
