Occupational Therapist (OT) – Medical Surgical (Med/Surg)

About the position

Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) team in Sierra Vista, Arizona . In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients recovering from acute medical conditions, surgery, and hospitalization, helping them regain functional independence and safely transition to the next level of care. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to develop and implement individualized care plans focused on improving mobility, self-care, and overall quality of life. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $72,000 to $114,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic acute care environment. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arizona. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or acute care settings .
