Medical Biologist (TNS)

About the position

Role Overview We are looking for a Medical Biologist to join our laboratory network in Seine-Saint-Denis, France (on-site) . In this role, you will play a central part in patient care and laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality medical biology services while coordinating both technical and clinical activities. The position is offered as a CDI with an annual salary range of €110,000 – €120,000 . Key Responsibilities Perform and/or supervise medical biology analyses Support physicians and patients with result interpretation and test selection Ensure compliance with quality standards across all laboratory phases Coordinate and manage laboratory teams across one or multiple sites Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives Requirements PhD in Pharmacy or Medicine with a DES in Medical Biology (France) Active registration with the Ordre des Pharmaciens or Ordre des Médecins (RPPS number required) Active ADELI number Strong knowledge of laboratory quality standards Previous experience in microbiology is a plus Fluency in French and English Profile Patient-focused mindset Strong leadership and team coordination skills Comfortable in multi-site and structured environments Detail-oriented with a strong compliance mindset Collaborative and adaptable What We Offer Competitive and negotiable compensation package Flexible working arrangements (part-time possible) Independent contractor (TNS) status Opportunity to join a growing laboratory network Interested?
