Business Manager – Power Plant Planning & Economic Optimization Location: Kirchberg, Luxembourg (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time (CDI) Salary Range: 50,000 – 80,000 EUR / year Languages: German & French About the Role We are looking for a Business Manager to join a Planning & Economic Optimization team within the energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring power plant performance, managing billing processes, supporting energy procurement activities, and contributing to budgeting and reporting. You will act as a key link between operational teams and clients, ensuring accurate financial tracking and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze energy performance of power plants Manage client billing and consumption validation processes Support energy procurement and cost optimization activities Prepare and track annual budgets Contribute to internal and external reporting Collaborate with operational teams and client stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or similar) Proven experience in the energy or utilities sector Strong analytical and financial reporting skills Ability to work independently and within a team Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Languages French: Fluent (mandatory) German: Professional level (mandatory) English and/or Luxembourgish are considered a plus What We Offer Competitive salary package including 13th month salary Complementary pension plan Flexible working hours Hybrid working model (1 day remote after probation period) Stable and structured working environment within the energy sector Ready to take the next step?
