Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities: - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of data in the inventory management system - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies - Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data - Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet production and sales demands - Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues - Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare reports as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or related field - Strong understanding of inventory management principles and procedures - Experience with inventory management software and systems - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
