About the position

Are you a German speaker passionate about cars and great customer service? We're offering a fully remote position for an automotive support advisor assisting German-speaking customers of a leading vehicle brand — work from home anywhere in Greece. Requirements Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required Interest in the automotive industry or vehicle technology Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece Responsibilities Support German-speaking customers with vehicle-related inquiries, warranties, and service bookings Assist with roadside assistance requests and ownership queries Guide customers through digital tools and owner portals Coordinate with dealership networks and technical specialists on escalations Maintain high quality and accuracy in all customer interactions What we offer Salary: €1,300 – €1,400 gross/month Performance bonus depending on project Comprehensive onboarding and product training from day one Career development and growth opportunities in a multicultural international team Passionate about great service and the automotive world?
