Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Dutch Speaker) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of cold-calling / outbound sales experience About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Dutch speaker with proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to pipeline growth in the Benelux market. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Benelux market Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities Engage with decision-makers and present company products/services Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets Build strong relationships with potential customers Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience Native or fluent Dutch (C1–C2 level required) Good command of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Target-driven mindset with high resilience Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonus structure Relocation support (if applicable) International and collaborative work environment Career progression opportunities Ongoing professional training and development
