Job Title: Sales Development Representative (German Speaker) Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of cold-calling / outbound sales experience About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent German speaker with proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the DACH market Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach Present company products/services effectively to decision-makers Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets Build strong relationships with potential customers Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level required) Good command of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and negotiation skills Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling objections Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses Relocation support (if applicable) International and dynamic work environment Career growth and internal promotion opportunities Ongoing training and development
