About the position

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 24/7 shift system (3 shifts in monthly rotation) Role Overview We are looking for confident, energetic, and engaging individuals to join a dynamic live production environment as a Live Studio Host. In this role, you will present and host live sessions, interact with an online audience, and ensure a high-quality entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities Host live sessions in front of the camera in a professional and engaging manner Interact with a global audience in real-time, ensuring a positive user experience Follow company presentation and communication guidelines Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth live operations Requirements English level: C2 or Native Strong communication and presentation skills Confident in front of the camera with a friendly and outgoing personality Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (3 shifts monthly) Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn No prior experience required – training will be provided What We Offer Competitive net salary: 1124 EUR Performance bonus up to 409 EUR net Full-time, on-site contract International and fast-paced work environment Career growth opportunities Application Requirements Frontal headshot with neutral or no background Looking directly at the camera with a clear view of your face No selfies, hats, sunglasses, or accessories
