About the position
Company Overview: An established electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, this company plays a critical role in delivering high-quality electronic products to global markets. Job Descriptions: Ensure accurate customer data management, sales, and order administration to maintain strong customer relationships. Actively participate in raw material, packaging, and finished goods costing, and prepare monthly reports on material costs, forecasts, and budgets. Develop NPI build quotations, prepare BOM and service costs, and compile bid packs for new projects. Monitor inventory turnover, compare standard versus actual costs, and analyze costs and profit by customer/product. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, program administration, or costing analysis within a manufacturing environment. Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, Program Management, or an equivalent qualification. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proven experience in cost analysis, BOM costing, material costing, and budget preparation. Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for cost modeling and reporting would be advantageous. Quality Management Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO quality management systems or experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments is a plus.Place of work
