On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Tied Insurance Intermediary to join a leading organisation in the financial services sector. Our client specialises in life insurance, savings, and pension solutions, and they are looking for hardworking, ambitious individuals who want to build a high‑earning career. No school certifications required—just motivation, commitment, and the drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell a range of life insurance, savings, and pension products to new and existing clients. Build and manage your own client base , following up on leads and maintaining strong relationships. Advise clients by understanding their financial needs and offering personalised solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Participate in full training programmes to build your knowledge and confidence. Organise your own schedule and work autonomously within a supportive environment. Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct at all times. Requirements No school certifications needed. Must have a valid driving licence. Must be fluent in both Maltese and English. Hardworking, ambitious, and motivated to earn high income. Excellent communication and people skills. Goal‑oriented , comfortable working towards sales targets. Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Sales experience is an advantage but not required — full training is provided .
