German Speaking Junior Customer Support Representative

About the position

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and live chat to German-speaking customers. Assist with airline bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and related inquiries. Effectively communicate solutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism. Ensure accurate data entry and follow up on any unresolved queries. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions. Requirements: Fluency in German is essential (both written and spoken). Strong communication, writing, and listening skills. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Computer literacy; ECDL certificate is preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or travel industry. Flexibility to work shifts as rostered from Monday to Sunday.
