About the position

Job Position: Finance Executive/ Account Executive Salary Up To RM7000 Location: Klang Job Descriptions: Accountable to prepare month end closing and monthly management report and possess the ability to analyze financial data. Able to maintain general ledger, account receivable ledger and account payable ledger and maintain proper filing of other related documents. Manage accounts receivable and all related matters. Monitor and follow up monthly expenses - utilities, rental, other bills, issuing receipt and processing expenses request Prepare weekly accounting report of account receivables related. To ensure accounting records and system are in compliance with Company's policies and accounting standards and statutory requirement. Preparation of cash flow, month end schedules and all other related works Managing and monitoring metrics and KPI tracking for the financial department. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies to ensure timeline submission and full compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in other ad-hoc assignment as and when it is required Any other duties as and when assigned by HOD from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or in related field. At least 3 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Able to meet deadlines and results oriented
