If you love building relationships and driving growth in a thriving marketplace, this is your stage! π‘ π Your Responsibilities Acquisition & Connection: Identify and engage potential Co-Hosts through multi-channel outreach (phone and email) to share the value of the program. ππ§ Consultative Pitching: Build trust with decision-makers and guide them through the tailored sign-up and onboarding process. π€ Network Growth: Pair local hosts with the perfect Co-Hosts based on their specific needs to elevate service quality. π Pipeline Mastery: Use tools like Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and smash your acquisition KPIs. π» Voice of the Customer: Champion client feedback to identify growth opportunities and process improvements. π£οΈ Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and managers to refine best practices and deliver outstanding results. π€ β Your Profile Language Master: Native-level German (C2) and a proficient level of English . π£οΈ Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role. π± Sales Pro: A proven record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. π Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools is a huge plus! π» Communicator: Outstanding relationship-building and problem-solving skills. β¨ Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. π π Our Offer Flexibility: A full-time position with a progressive path toward a hybrid-model π π’.
