About the position

Job Position: Talent Acquisition Executive (Mandarin Speaker) Salary Up To RM7700 Location: Senai Job Descriptions: Perform full cycle recruitment activities, including building talent pipeline Timely tracking of headcount movement including offshore and outsourced headcount Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers Negotiation and candidates management Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires, Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews for resignees Create and maintain accurate new hire records in HR system Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students Support audits (internal and external) Verify invoices for services engaged Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports. To perform any other duties as appointed by the management. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition Strong communication skills and able to propose recommendations for business decisions Meticulous, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Words Excellent command of Mandarin , English and Bahasa Malaysia
