About the position

Job Position: IE Manager - Warehouse (Mandarin Speaker) Salary Up To RM15000 Location: Senai Job Descriptions: Responsible for equipment capacity improvement and verification and Operations productivity improvement Determine planning factors for short-term planning and scheduling as well as for strategic planning scenarios Monitor and manage upcoming short-term production bottlenecks Develop and define strategies for shop floor scheduling to meet the planned throughput Work closely with Production to control dispatch points to ensure a smooth production Analyse specifications and capacity and undertake appropriate calculations to estimate job requirements, in terms of labour, tools, materials and resources Continually monitor and review plans and make appropriate adjustments in the event of changes and unforeseen circumstances Continually review ways in which to make improvements and make the capacity planning and manufacturing process more efficient Responsible for the training and development of the business department team and continuously improve the team's organizational efficiency. Job Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant Engineering. Minimum 5 years of Industrial Engineering in high-volume manufacturing environment. Knowledge in SAP Systems / Advanced Ms. Excel. Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
