Flemish-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote – Spain Work Type: Remote Job Description We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting customers in the automotive industry . In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and ensure a premium customer experience. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services Deliver a high-quality customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements Fluent Flemish Good level of English Previous Customer Service or Sales experience Experience with luxury brands is a plus Working Hours Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week) Salary & Benefits €21,376 gross/year Up to €3,000 bonus/year Private medical insurance
